z has become c my password begins with a z so i cannot access my laptop?
i have an acer laptop which was apparently working fine the last time it was used,but the z was not working and when it did it came up as c, my problem is that my password begins with a z and without the password i cannot access the laptop at all because the first thing on screen when you switch laptop on is password request
